Water treated before it ever freezes
We start with triple-filtered, degassed water. Dissolved air is what turns ordinary ice white, so it leaves before the tank is ever chilled.

Clearwater Ice makes large-format, optically clear cubes, spears and spheres for bars, restaurants and serious home hosts — frozen slowly in one direction, cut by hand, and polished so the glass reads as still water.
We start with triple-filtered, degassed water. Dissolved air is what turns ordinary ice white, so it leaves before the tank is ever chilled.
Insulated tanks freeze from the bottom up over seventy-two hours. Air and minerals are pushed ahead of the freeze line, leaving the bulk of the block optically clear.
Blocks are band-sawn to spec on a cold table, then the faces are hand-polished until the cube stops scattering light and starts reading like glass.
Every case leaves tempered, packaged and insulated in recyclable materials, on a fixed route so the ice reaches your well at service temperature rather than sweating in a van.
Pricing
Ice is priced by format and case size, not by guesswork. You see the per-piece cost, the delivery lane and the reserved capacity before anything is cut for you.

Talk to the cut roomQuality
Every block is logged, every batch is traceable, and every case leaves with the cut sheet that made it. Chefs, beverage directors and health inspectors can all read the same record.
Tell us the glass and we cut to it. Formats, tolerances and finishes are written down before production, so what arrives matches what was agreed.
